28 A voriconazole-resistant isolate of Aspergillus fumigatus was recovered from an 29 immunocompetent patient receiving long-term antifungal therapy for cerebral 30 aspergillosis. A G448S amino acid substitution in the azole target (Cyp51A) was 31 identified as the cause accounting for the resistant phenotype.
